Wesley Schultz of The Lumineers Releasing Solo Album on Friday

Looks like we will be getting some new music from Wesley Schultz of The Lumineers pretty soon and by pretty soon, I mean THIS Friday!

He took to social media to announce the release of his new solo album Vignettes, consisting of 10 cover songs from some iconic artists past and present, set to come out this Friday, October 30th.

Wesley first released a cover of Bell Bottomed Blues by Eric Clapton last month, which will be included on the album along with covers of legends like Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan, as well as some familiar names of Alt rock like Coldplay and Counting Crows.

Just from The Lumineers three albums, this is sure to be a solid collection of songs, with some new takes on some great songs.

With Jeremiah announcing his solo album, now with this announcement from Wesley, it looks like The Lumineers have been keeping themselves busy during the forced time apart from the lockdown.

Check out this video below to hear Wesley breakdown the album and hear his cover of My City of Ruins, by my man, The Boss, Bruce Springsteen.
