Taking Back Sunday is hitting the road for a month-long US tour in 2026, with fellow emo scene veterans Bayside joining as special guests. The tour kicks off on May 31st in Dewey Beach, Delaware, and will visit cities across the country before wrapping up in Madison, Wisconsin on June 21st.

"We first started playing shows with Bayside around Long Island and the greater tri-state area in the early 2000s... in basements and dive bars," Taking Back Sunday shared in a statement. "Since those days, we've been fortunate enough to remain friends and share labels and stages across the globe. After 14 years, we thought it was about damn time we hit the road with them again."

The tour includes stops in Pittsburgh, Jacksonville, Cleveland, St. Louis, and numerous other cities. Venues range from House of Blues locations to casino theaters and outdoor amphitheaters.

Taking Back Sunday, formed in 1999 on Long Island, has established themselves as one of the most notable bands from emo's third wave. The group released their latest album, 152, in 2023, and recently contributed a single called "The Pattern" to a compilation benefiting the American Civil Liberties Union.

The current lineup features vocalist Adam Lazzara, guitarist John Nolan, bassist Shaun Cooper, and drummer Mark O'Connell, who have been performing together for nearly two decades.
