What time are doors?
Doors open at 1pm and the show kicks off at 2pm.

Is this an all ages show?
Yes! However, you must be 21+ to enter the indoors portion of XfinityLive!, due to Pennsylvania liquor control laws. Any person under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 25 to enter any indoor area at XfinityLive! Philadelphia.

What is the bag policy?

Is there parking available?
Yes, free parking will be made available.

Can I bring a chair?
Unfortunately, you will not be permitted to bring chairs into the venue space. However, there will be limited chairs on site for those that wish to take a break.

Can I bring a cooler?
Sorry, no coolers are allowed. There will be alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Tailgating is not encouraged.

Can I take pictures or get video?
YES! We'd love to see your photos - be sure to tag us on socials @ALT1045philly and use #1045WinterJawn and #WinterJawn. PLEASE NOTE: press requests are closed for this event, so if you have not been approved as an official photog, leave your pro cameras at home.

Is Winter Jawn happening snow or shine?
Yes!

Is there handicapped viewing?
Absolutely! Please notify an event staff member that you need accommodations, and we'll be more than happy to help.

Will there be access to food, water, and restrooms?
Of course! XfinityLive! is stocked with all kinds of bars and restaurants that you are welcome to visit. There will be no outside food permitted. There will be plenty of portable restrooms onsite, along with restrooms inside of the venue.

Can I smoke?
Only outside - smoking is allowed 50 feet from the XfinityLive! entry door.
XfinityLive! indoors is a smoke-free venue. Smoking, including e-cigs and vapes, is prohibited in all areas of the arena and will result in immediate removal from the property.

Can I take public transit?
Yes - and it's encouraged! The NRG Station stop is located on the Broad Street Line at the intersection of Broad and Pattison Avenue. Check out the SEPTA schedule for all train times.

Will there be merch available for purchase?
Yes, some bands will have merch onsite available for purchase. Please make sure to visit the Artist Merch Tents located along the entrance walkway to the indoor portion of XfinityLive!
