NBA 3-Point Play: Jalen Williams, Marcus Smart, Darius Garland

Jalen Williams has put up some of the most consistent rebound and assist totals in the NBA in March.

The Oklahoma City Thunder rookie is not as much of a scoring threat as the other players in the starting lineup, but he has found a way to contribute on the glass, or in passing situations.

Williams has been the target of personal bets of mine over the last few weeks, and I love the spot he resides in on Tuesday night against the Los Angeles Clippers.

Williams is averaging 6.6 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game in March, so instead of focusing on one of those single props, I'm looking to the combo prop that has had an incredible success rate in the last few weeks.

My other two favorite props on the six-game Tuesday slate are assist overs in two matchups I love for some top distributors.

NBA 3-Point Play

Overall Record: 26-26

Jalen Williams Over 9.5 Rebounds & Assists (-120)

I couldn't love this prop more.

Williams has at least 10 rebounds and assists in seven of his last eight games.

The rookie out of Santa Clara has two 10-rebound and one 10-assist performances over his last four games. The rebound/assist distribution can vary depending on the game, so I'm going with the combo to cover both stat lines.

Williams should have more responsibilities on the glass and with the dishing the ball out with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey taking a majority of the shots for the Thunder.

He will be expected to crash the glass more as one of OKC's only strong rebounders. I don't think the matchup against Ivica Zubac or Mason Plumlee hurts Williams. He just snagged seven boards against Jakob Poeltl and Pascal Siakam against Toronto on Thursday and pulled down 10 rebounds versus Brooklyn and Nic Claxton on Tuesday.

Marcus Smart Over 4.5 Assists (-155)

This is as low as Marcus Smart's assist prop should get for the rest of the season.

The Boston Celtics point guard averages 6.4 assists per game, and he had at least five handouts in three of his last four appearances.

Smart should have plenty of assist opportunities on Tuesday against the Sacramento Kings, who are on the second end of a back-to-back and give up the most assists per game in the NBA.

Darius Garland Over 7.5 Assists (+115)

Darius Garland should receive an extra passing boost on Tuesday with Jarrett Allen expected to return for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Allen's paint presence sets up a few more assist opportunities for Garland, who has over 7.5 assists in three of the last five games he played with the Cavs big man.

The Nets have allowed over 100 points in each of their last three games, and their opponents totaled 78 assists in that span.

Garland is Cleveland's main passer, and he should have no trouble reaching that mark if Allen gets going down low and Donovan Mitchell scores at a decent rate as well.
