Hayley Williams is the latest celebrity to call out Ticketmaster saying they need to get it together. The comment comes as Paramore is on the road and was made in an effort to thank their fans. During the band's Saturday night show in Wales the singer said it was special that everyone made it out. She added that fans were spending money they didn't have to so Paramore better give them something that's worth that.Ticketmaster has faced a lot of heat in recent months from the chaos around Taylor Swift's "Eras Tour" and getting fined by the Mexican Government for overselling tickets, to Drakes class action-lawsuit and the frustration around The Cure's on-sale rollout.
“I wanna say one more time how special it is that you’ve all made it tonight. We don’t take it lightly, we know, honestly, especially now, it’s a huge sacrifice to come to a show because Ticketmaster won't get their s–t together,” she said according to NME. “We’ve put a lot of pressure on ourselves too because we were like, ‘People are spending money that they don’t have to come and hang out with us and we better give them something that’s worth that’. We just love you so much.”
