New Philly Venue: The Brooklyn Bowl Announces Inagural Concert Series!

MORE concert venues in Philly? Y E S Please! We knew the workings of this a few years ago, but it's finally ready to open! Philly is weloming a new concert venue opening in Fishtown right next to The Fillmore and Punchline Philly: The Brooklyn Bowl

The Brooklyn Bowl, a partnership between Brooklyn Bowl and Live Nation, will open on November 4th! Details of the award-winning live music venue, bowling alley, and restaurant and the inaugural concert series line up are below!

Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia will hit the ground running with a multi-genre initial lineup of more than 30 shows including Philly’s own DJ Questlove, Grammy-nominated Americana songstress Yola, New Orleans legends Dirty Dozen Brass Band, iconic NYC MC's Talib Kweli & Rakim, rising country-pop star Dylan Scott, avant-rock trio The Slip, eclectic international sounds from Antibalas, Red Baraat, L’Impératrice, jam staples Twiddle, Spafford and Keller Williams with a heavy dose of funk-soul from Soulive, Lettuce, Turkuaz and The Greyboy All Star and many more to come.
“Philadelphia has given us so many of the greatest names in rock, soul, funk, jazz, and hip hop. That deep history, along with Live Nation’s success and contributions in the Fishtown neighborhood made us excited to partner with Geoff Gordon and his Live Nation team in bringing Brooklyn Bowl to Philadelphia,” says Co-Founder Peter Shapiro. “Given everything we all have been through over the last couple years, now is definitely the right time for Philly and Brooklyn to come together as one family.”
“With each Brooklyn Bowl venue, we’re excited to see our audiences take in the experience,” adds Co-Founder Charley Ryan. “Now that we can gather again, it’s particularly meaningful. With great music, bowling, bars, and food, the Bowl provides the unforgettable social connections you look for in an evening out.”
