The Lumineers' Jeremiah Fraites Remembers Kurt Cobain

O.M.G. this cover. This video....so stunning. The Lumineers' Jeremiah Fraites honored the late Kurt Cobain yesterday. He shared a cover of "Heart-Shaped Box" on his Instagram and twitter to honor the 27th anniversary of the Nirvana frontman's death.

Fraites says he remembers singing "Heart-Shaped Box" while in the car riding to middle school with his mom. Check out the videos below. I think it's so awesome that he did this! PS- Jeremiah's EP "Piano Piano" comes very soon...April 16th!

Here's the caption:

Out of all Nirvana songs ‘Heart-Shaped Box’ is my favorite. I remember listening to this song in the car while riding to middle school with my mom. It has one of the strongest melodies ever written. I did my best to honor this song and the amazing, Kurt Cobain. Today is the anniversary of his passing. 🖤 Rest In Peace Kurt, your music lives on forever.
Stay tuned for my full Piano Piano (Acoustic) EP, coming April 16
