WEDNESDAY is National Cheesesteak Day, and no better way to celebrate it than with Delco Steaks of Broomall! They are taking it to the next level with "Cheesesteak Bowl". This year's event will be held at Splash Swim Club (2705 Sunset Blvd, Broomall, PA). It's happening this Wednesday, March 24 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
Over 40 contestants will try to devour the Delco, a two-foot cheesesteak featuring 1.5-pounds of meat, faster than their opponents. Delco Steaks will award a championship belt and an all-expenses paid trip to Cancun to the winner and will donate a portion of the proceeds from National Cheesesteak Day to Coaches vs. Cancer. PLUS on top of all of this awesomeness, former Philadelphia Eagle Brent Celek is the Commissioner.
Delco Steaks is located at 2567 West Chester Pike, Broomall.
