Last night, Smash Mouth headlined The Sturgis Buffalo Chip (which is a 10-day music festival in South Dakota! The festival features motorcycle shows, tattoos, roller derby, midget bowling, and nightly musical performances from the likes of Smash Mouth, Trapt, Buckcherry, Drowning Pool, Night Ranger, Reverend Horton Heat, Lit, 38 Special, Quiet Riot, and Big Skillet.
The organizes of the event encouraged attendees to follow all CDC guidlines pertaining to the pandemic, and also required facemasks, however it looks like they had an issue keeping things in check, because this thing was wayyy over capacity.
By the end of the night, THOUSANDS of Covid denying bikers were raging to Smash Mouth's 'All Star'. Frontman Steve Harwell said to the crowd "We're all here together tonight, F*ck that COVID sh*t!".
