I've been waiting for Eddie Vedder's response to the passing of Chris Cornell. And he truly delivered the best way he knows how; through music.
Eddie Vedder has just begun his European solo tour. The first night it kicked off just a few days ago in Amsterdam, where he delivered an emotional performance, and at one point into the show (according to Blabbermouth) he responded to a fan calling out, "I love you!" Vedder told the crowd, "Thank you. I need it — we all need it. I'm thinking of a lot of people tonight. And some in particular and their families. And I just know that healing takes time, if it ever happens. It takes time, and that means you have to start somewhere. So let it be music. Let it be love and togetherness. And let it be Amsterdam."
Now footage has also surfaced of his cover of Fugazi's "I'm So Tired" a song that is concerned with suicide. Check out the emotional footage below-
