Lana Del Rey has announced a new album entitled, “Blue Banisters” set for release on July 4th.
Lana has been pretty creative lately, she released Chemtrails Over The Country Club, which hit number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. She then announced the album, “Rock Candy Sweet,” to be released on June 1st.
It’s unclear if “Blue Banisters” is the new title for “Rock Candy Sweet” or if there will be two albums arriving, but Lana has a lot to say in her upcoming music.
She shared a Harper’s Bazaar article to her Instagram Stories on March 20th that claimed her career was built on,“cultural appropriation and glamorizing domestic abuse,"Lana said she,“will continue to challenge those thoughts on my next record on June 1 titled Rock Candy Sweet."
