The Prince of Zamunda has an early holiday gift for us all!
The highly anticipated sequel to the 1988 Eddie Murphy comedy classic is slated to go directly to Amazon Prime video this December!
According to Deadline, the movie will be released on Amazon on Dec. 18, and, honestly, that is the best early Holiday gift I could ask for.
Eddie and Arsenio Hall will return and reprise their roles as Hakeem and Semi. Joining the cast will be SNL Alums Tracy Morgan and Leslie Jones.
In the sequel, Murphy’s ruler of Zamunda character Akeem learns he has a long-lost son in the United States and must return to America to meet the unlikely heir to the throne.
