Normally, I'd say it's WAY too early for Christmas music, BUT, this unexpected and magnificent (or magnificently weird) collaboration just can't wait: William Shatner + Iggy Pop have joined forces for a new version of "Silent Night."
It's done in William Shatner's notorious speaking style, and definitely has an element of creepy to it. But it's also fascinating.
The song is part of William Shatner's first-ever holiday album, called Shatner Claus, which comes out tomorrow, October 26th. You can preview/order the album here
The album also features guest vocals from Henry Rollins & Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame nominee Todd Rundgren .
