U2's 'claw' stage gets a new home

DId you experience 'The Claw' in person during U2's 360 tour back in 2011 when they played Lincoln Financial Field? And did you ever wonder about what happens to a giant structure like that after the tour is over?

Currently, 'The Claw', the largest stage in HISTORY,  is in storage somewhere...but it's about to be set up as part of a permanent outdoor instillation at Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper, Utah.  The plan is for it to be in place by next summer. The aquarium intends to use it to holding concerts, movie screenings, farmers markets and other events.

Here's cool fan-shot video (from Stefan Kozlowski) of the band taking the stage at The Linc as both a cool #TBT and also to give you an idea of just how gigantic the thing is.
