1 in 20 odds. Amazon just announced a list of 20 cities as "finalists" for their new "HQ2" headquarters, which includes Philadelphia.
Amazon plans to spend $5 billion in the place where it builds its second headquarters and will employ 50,000 there (hopefully, there = here). The company initially got 228 proposals.
They plan to make the final decision before the end of 2018.
