Yes, Philly, your commute is getting longer

If you spend waaaaay more time than you'd like to stuck in traffic on The Schuylkill or The Vine, this probably doesn't come as a bit surprise to you - Philly commute times are getting longer.

According to the census the average one-way commute time in Philly in  2012 was 29.1 minutes.  In 2016, it jumped up to 31.5 minutes.  

And we're above average -  which in this case, isn't exactly a positive.  The national average commute time in 2016: 26.1 minutes.
