Did you know real Xmas trees are ILLEGAL in lots of Philly homes?!

Are you breaking the law (breaking the law....channeling my inner Beavis & Butthead) with your holiday spirit?

"Real" Christmas trees are illegal within Philly city limits if you live in high-rise and multi-unit Philadelphia buildings.  So that goes for a lot of apartments + condos.  It's a fire code thing,  to try to prevent against fires with overly dry trees.

Real trees are permitted in one and two-family residences though.

I'm curious as to how many rebels/heathens/rule breakers are out there?  I'm gonna guess quiiiiite a few.
