Free Wi-Fi is coming to Philly next year with the instillation of over 100 high-speed kiosks/hotspots - they'll also have USB ports for free phone charging, which to me is just as exciting. Users will also be able to make free phone calls to anywhere in the country at the kiosks.
The kiosks will be installed next year throughout Center City, University City and other Philly locations.
