In anticipation of the impending storm - Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf just signed a Proclamation of Disaster Emergency, which allows state agencies to use all available resources and personnel to cope with the storm.
It's different than a full on 'state of emergency,' because it doesn't prohibit traffic outright.
But it does mean restrictions on the roads - Starting at 10pm, 45 mph speed limit will be enforced on highways/turnpike and a ban on tandem truck trailers, empty trailers, towed trailers, buses, recreational vehicles and motorcycles.
The proclamation also puts in place protections against price gouging.
