Philly Legoland sets date for opening

The new Legoland Philly area location, at Plymouth Meeting Mall,  just announced its opening date: April 6th.  Sure the kids will be excited, but don't pretend you're not stoked, too.

Mayor Kenney made the announcement of the opening date and revealed the first Philadelphia landmark to be completed for the Miniland Philadelphia area: A 9-foot model of One Liberty Place. That is some impressive work.  Miniland will also Lego versions of City Hall, Boathouse Row and the Comcast Center.

The new facility will include a LEGO-themed ride, a 4D cinema and thousands of LEGO bricks in building areas. Get the full scoop on what to expect at  www.LEGOLANDDiscoveryCenter.com/Philadelphia.
