If you have been around The Fillmore as of late you may have noticed that a new brewery is in place!
The Brooklyn based, Other Half Brewing opened their doors last Friday. They took over the building previously held by Goose Island, with the prime Fishtown location next to The Fillmore, Punchline Comedy Club and the newly opened Brooklyn Bowl.
Goose was a favorite of mine to hit before a concert at The Fillmore of course, but with the spacious outdoor lawn space, it was an ideal spot in the warm weather as well. So, I'm sure OHB will greatly utilize it in a similar way once Spring and Summer come around.
They will have over 20 beers on tap, with food and plenty of cans and bottles to take home, so make it a point to stop by before a show or when you're in Fishtown!
