Barstool Sports, the media platform led by Dave Portnoy, with a passionate following for podcasts like Pardon My Take, Call Her Daddy and Dave's "One Bite" pizza reviews, is venturing into yet another lane by opening up a brand new sports bar here in Philly.
According to a story post on Barstool's instagram late last week, they have started work on the bar, which is believed to be taking over the space previously held by Brick Wall Tavern, at 1213 Sansom Street in Center City.
An opening date is not known just yet.
