I'm sure this will be something everybody can agree with right? All jokes aside, we know best cheesesteak is a contentious topic here in Philly...but Truff's hot sauce wanted to see which spot people would vote for in their own contest.
John's Roast Pork in South Philly received the most votes and will receive a $10,000 cash prize from Truff, beating out the other top vote getters - Dalessandro's, Donkey's Place (Camden), Jay's Joint (Langhorne) and Jim's.
John's is consistently in the the conversation for the best, so I don't think it will get people too riled up...but this is also Philly we're talking about so of course it is.
I've had it multiple times and obviously it's top notch. My move is to go with someone else and get one roast pork, and one cheesesteak and do a little switcheroo to get the best of both worlds.
