The Franklin Fountain in Old City, a Philly staple for ice cream is coming out to the burbs!
If you're in Delco, starting TODAY, you will be able to hit Franklin Fountain's Sugar Shack at Bonnie's Wonder Garden's in Landsdowne for all their famous treats.
They will be offering ice cream, frozen custard, ice cream sandwiches and some root beer floats with Reading Draft Birch Beer, Thursday through Sunday from 2-9pm.
