I love this stuff.
Whenever I can get first hand look at the creation of songs or albums from the artists themselves, I will watch. Especially when it's a band like Tame Impala.
Kevin Parker is a known musical mastermind. Pretty much everything Tame Impala does, is his creation. He plays all the instruments in the making of the songs, and produces all of it.
Celebrating the 10th anniversary of their debut album InnerSpeaker, the group shared a new 15 minute short film that gives us a look into the making of the album, set beautiful, sprawling home over looking the ocean in Western Australia. It is such a cool watch. I especially enjoy watching Kevin on the deck of the home, looking over that gorgeous view with heavy winds and some drizzle hitting him while he rips through some guitar riffs. Give it watch below...
