Alright, alright, alright...
It's wild to me that Matthew has not seen this before, but I am loving this video of him reacting to his audition tape for the film, over 28 years later. Dazed and Confused is such a classic movie, and it gave Matthew his start to what has become a wildly successful acting career.
According to IMDB, he only had small roles in the TV show Unsovled Mysteries and a Trisha Yearwood music video with Don Henley from the Eagles. So who knows what his acting career would have looked like if he did not lock in this role as Wooderson.
