My Chemical Romance postpones reunion tour to 2022

My Chemical Romance has just given us an update on their long anticipated reunion tour - the good news is, it's still on. The other news is that they're officially postponing all dates to 2022.

According to the official statement:

My Chemical Romance is postponing our 2021 touring plans until 2022. We are deeply sad, but those emotions are only a fraction of the depth of feeling we have all experienced watching the suffering and loss of the past year. We just want to be as sure as we can be that everyone is safe. Refunds will be offered to anyone who wants them. We are sorry if this is disappointing, and we REALLY can’t wait to see you in 2022.

The new Philadelphia date at Wells Fargo Center is August 29, 2022. This kicks off the North American leg of the tour, which continues on from the City of Brotherly Love to Toronto, Boston, Brooklyn, Detroit, St. Paul, Chicago, Newark and then continues to the south and west through mid-October.
