The Postal Service (the band, not the government agency) just posted a teaser on their social media accounts, along with a brief video which includes a 17 second musical instrumental and the message "Your Meeting Will Begin Tomorrow 10.7.20"
The band's one and only studio album, Give Up, came out 17 years ago on February 18, 2003, and they released two additional songs to celebrate the 10 -year anniversary of the album in 2013. Could lockdown have spurred new music from the supergroup made up of Benjamin Gibbard, Jimmy Tamborello & Jenny Lewis? Here's hoping. And luckily we don't have long to wait!
