Philadelphia Indoor Dining To Resume (With Restrictions) On September 8

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney announced on Thursday that indoor dining can resume in the city of Philadelphia for restaurants starting September 8 - BUT with restrictions.

Indoor dining will be capped at 25% (the current mandate in the entire state of Pennsylvania), with tables at a maximum number of 4 seats.

Health Commissioner Thomas Farley added that all serves must wear face masks and face shields. Indoor gatherings in the city remain capped at 25 people maximum.
