Congratulations to Philly's Strawberry Mansion High School & the students who just won the the nationwide Vans Custom Culture competition - they'll get $50,000 prize to fund the school's arts program.
The contest asked students around the country to design a pair of Vans sneakers using two concepts – "local flavor" and "off the wall." The winning design screams Philly, celebrating so many things we know and love about the city: cheesesteaks, pretzels, wooder ice, hoagies, the Liberty Bell, Rocky & the "LOVE" sculpture.
