Workers at Delco plant lived at work for a month to make medical equipment

I'm just so so impressed and inspired by this. Over 40 employees at a Delco plant volunteered to live their entire lives at work for a month, all quarantining together, so they could crank out supplies to make protective gear to help in the fight against COVID-19.

After a 28 day long shift, the employees at Braskem America in Marcus Hook just went home. They gave up sleeping in their own beds, spending time with their families and any sense of normalcy to help our front-line health care workers by working 12 hour shifts making polypropylene, the material used to make N95 masks, hospital gowns.

And the workers are coming out of the whole thing with the BEST attitude...the team's supervisor, named Joe Boyce told 6abc "We're truly honored to be able to give back and support people we will never meet in some way. All the first responders, all the people on the frontlines, we thank you. That's what makes our job easy to do."
