If you're fan of both our Philadelphia Flyers AND Star Wars then miss the game on March 14th...you should not!!
Yes, the team announced a Star Wars themed game that Saturday when we host the Minnesota Wild and it sounds like it'll be a fun one!
While we don't have a TON of details just yet, the team announced the day on Twitter showing Gritty having a light saber battle. You KNOW they're going to have a ton of fun with him at the game utilizing the theme.
It's also said that every attendee will get a special poster with Gritty's hand holding a saber. There will also be a special tee-shirt package showing the Flyers logo mashed up with the Millennium Falcon that looks super cool!
