Chester Bennington's Band Grey Daze Releases "Sickness"

Though Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington is gone he will certainly never be forgotten, and it's been really cool getting to go back to the very beginning with his old band Grey Daze!

Yes, his first band has been re-releasing a bunch of old music that was re-recorded before Chester's death. Today brings us another new(ish) track called "Sickness," which comes to us through the power of Chester's old remastered vocals from his time with the band.

Of the song, drummer Sean Dowdell said this: “This is loosely based on a true story from when Chester was 15 years old. He was being bullied at school and one day suffered a real beating. That was the day I assumed a role as protector and almost older brother figure to Chester that has lasted since, even after his passing.”

The song also comes along with a new video showing a skateboarder finding escape through song lyrics. That story line cuts between footage of the band with a young Chester.

The full album, "Amends," is released April 10th!
