If you've ever been to a "Science After Hours" event at The Franklin Institute, there's no doubt you had a great time! It's the one evening a month where the iconic Philly museum opens their doors to adults (21+) only for fun themed evenings without all the noisy kids!
This month's event (happening this coming Tuesday the 27th) is specifically for the music lovers out there...who also love science of course. Yup, Tuesday evening is inspired by Coachella music festival, called (very fittingly) Scichella! It promises to take the music and art of Coachella and combine it with the science of the Franklin Institute.
The event will include a bunch of live music, a silent disco on the building's rooftop, a drag queen show, zumba lessons, demonstrations on the science of distillation and record making, music trivia, and more!
This really sounds like an awesome time!
The event goes from 7-10pm and tickets are $25, which can be purchased HERE!
