The U.S. Women's Soccer Team is holding their World Cup parade today in New York City, and while celebrating the team's huge win, Philly even got a small shout out!
Soccer star Carli Lloyd, who is from Delran, New Jersey originally, took to the mic to give a speech on the win, and she even added a 'Fly Eagles Fly'!
The part of the speech went as follows:
I'm a Jersey girl, through and through, but New York... New York, it's just as close. Even though I'm an Eagles fan down in Philly so... FLY EAGLES FLY!
