Love strolling along the Atlantic City boardwalk but wish you could be sipping on a delicious adult beverage at the same time??
Well, a bill allowing for open alcohol containers on the AC boardwalk and the surrounding tourism district has been passed and could be turned into a law very soon! Word is that if the chairman of the city's Alcohol Beverage Control has his way, the law could be passed before July 4th weekend!
The hope is that with this becoming a law, AC could be more like Las Vegas and New Orleans. It certainly seems like most people are all about the idea with New Jersey Sen. Chris Brown saying it "just makes sense to offer" residents and visitors the option to drink in public.
While it's not a sure thing yet, it sounds like it will be very soon! What do you think??
