Though our Sixers didn't end up going all the way this year, here's something to soften the blow...or at least curb your hunger!
Chipotle is giving out FREE burritos throughout the NBA finals this year, and all it takes is the word "Free!"
Yes, the plan is to give away one million dollars worth of burritos. The plan is that EVERY time an announcer says the word "Free" during any of the Golden State Warriors/Toronto Raptors games you get a free burrito! Each time it happens, their Twitter account will tweet out a code for a free burrito, but you'll have to go fast as they're giving out 500 burritos each time!
So definitely keep an ear out during the game for an announcer saying FREE! Check out their tweet and more rules:
“FREET /FRĒT/ VERB
1. To Tweet free Chipotle during the 2019 men’s professional basketball championship series every time an announcer says the word ‘FREE”’on air during a game. ‘Chipotle is freeting burritos all finals long.’
Yep, you read that right. During the series games, every time an announcer says the word FREE on air, we’ll Tweet a unique keyword that unlocks up to 500 free entrées during the first half of each game and up to 1000 free entrees during the second half of each game. The first 500 people to text the unique offer code to 888222 when ‘free’ is mentioned in the first half, will receive a code for a free entrée. The first 1000 people to text the unique offer code to 888222 when ‘free’ is mentioned in the second half, will receive a code for a free entrée.”
