Philly area bands getting together to play a show for a great cause??
You may remember that not too long ago I shared the news of a benefit show I put together for Philly music education.
If so, you should know about some changes made! If not, you should know about the show!
Due to some circumstances beyond our control the show will no longer be held at The Trocadero, but it still going on with a new venue, date, and name!
Introducing Rock The Cause: A Philly Benefit Show happening on Sunday May19th downstairs at World Cafe Live! The show will feature exclusive performances from Philly area musicians/bands Ace Enders of The Early November, Shane Henderson of Valencia, HURRY, June Divided, and Joshua Chase Miller. With DJ sets from Radio1045's own DJ Reed Streets!
The proceeds from the show will go to Philadelphia music education organization Rock To The Future, who provide free music lessons to students in the Philadelphia area. So come hang over at World Cafe live and Rock The Cause on Sunday May 19th!
