The current forecast calls fro heavy mixed precipitation starting with snow after the morning commute and expected accumulation of 2-5 inches around Philly before turning to rain or ice in the evening. The forecast for South Jersey and Delaware is 1-3 inches, while areas northwest of I95 are looking at 3-5 inches.
