We all know that the love for Philadelphia Flyers mascot Gritty goes well beyond our city of Philadelphia, right?
I don't think any sports mascot has been as all over the place as Gritty, and rightfully so! His newest addition to a shining list of Gritty accomplishments? The orange furry guy was now an answer on Jeopardy!
The quiz show had a category with questions about almanacs the other night, which included this one:
“The World Almanac editors picked items for a figurative 2018 time capsule, including this furry orange mascot of the Philly Flyers.”
Hah! We all know who that is of course! Though, does anyone here refer to them as "the Philly Flyers?" Hmmm...
