Surviving members of Nirvana jammed at Foo Fighters' 'Cal Jam'

Many are calling this a ‘surprise Nirvana reunion’, though it really wasn’t a surprise as Dave Grohl has cryptically been teasing it all week.

So, no big surprise….the surviving members of Nirvana (Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear) jammed on some Nirvana songs at Foo Fighters’ Cal Jam Festival in San Bernadino last night (10/6). Along with Dave, Krist and Pat, we saw guest appearances from Joan Jett, John McCauley (Dear Tick) and Brody Dalle (Distillers).

The jam included six songs, including the iconic "Smells Like Teen Spirit," "All Apologies," and more.

You can check out the night's full setlist plus fan  footage below.

 2. Scentless Apprentice [John McCauley on vocals]
