Over the weekend, Paramore hosted their first ever "Paramore Art + Friends" festival on their home turf in Nashville. During the set they played "Misery Business" and before launching into the performance, they made the declaration that they would be "retiring" the song from live shows, indefinitely.
Hayley Williams addressed the crowd saying "Tonight we’re playing this song for the last time for a really long time. This is a choice that we’ve made because we feel that we should. We feel like it’s time to move away from it for a little.”
Were you there at the show at Festival Pier this summer to catch the last-ever (for now) performance of the song in Philly? Check out the full setlist here.
