This just in: there will be fans allowed in the stands this Sunday when The Philadelphia Eagles host the Baltimore Ravens at Lincoln Financial Field. This comes as the city of Philadelphia just announced changes to coronavirus-related crowd restrictions.
In total there can be 7,500 people in the stadium, inclusive of players, coaches, personnel of the stadium and the team, media and fans. As expected, face coverings are required at al times for fans 2 and over. Tailgating in the sports complex is still not allowed.
According to the team, ticket sales for Sunday's game against the and next Thursday night's game against the Giants will begin tomorrow, Wednesday 10/14 for Season Ticket Members who opted into the 2020 season. Any remaining tickets for those two games will go on sale to the general public at a later date.
No, I'm not a season ticket holder either, so will definitely be keeping a close eye on if tickets open up for the general public and will surely let you know as soon as we hear something.
